We are committed to your privacy. If you wish to order works via the Internet, we need to record your personal details; however, we guarantee that these details will be used to process your purchases only.

Guarantee conditions

All works are guaranteed. If you find a fault, you can return the work to us within seven days.
Photos are developed on Kodak Professional Ultra Endura matt paper, which offers image stability of 100 years for home display (for further information, go to this page
All works are produced using film cameras and are part of a numbered edition.

Delivery

Works are dispatched via Swiss Post. They are sent in appropriate packaging or protective tubes. (On request, and where possible, works may be supplied ready-framed). Delivery time is approximately two weeks.

Delivery charges

Postage and packing will be charged at 10 CHF for normal delivery, with a 15 CHF supplement for cash-on-delivery.

Payments may be made using the following methods

• Bank transfer

  The easiest method is to transfer the relevant amount upon confirmation of your order.

• Cash-on-delivery

  You may also opt for cash-on-delivery (available in certain countries only).
